The cottage is an old farmhouse attached to the main residence at the side of Capel Elen Caravan Park. We have kept the original features of the cottage as they should be and the lounge is very cosy with the old inglenook fireplace and exposed beams.

It also has an upper lounge with balcony that provides a panorama of the surrounding countryside and the Snowdonia mountain range.The cottage has a private garden with a picnic table, barbecue area and a selection of garden furniture.

A five minute stroll will take you to the main road where a frequent bus service is available with connections for other parts of the island and the National Railway Network.A public footpath enables direct access to Lligwy Beach, Treath Ora, the Dulas Estuary and the local coastal paths.

The fine sandy beach of Lligwy Bay is a paradise for children of all ages with two large car parks, a shop, café and toilets.
The 'Pilot Boat', a traditional Inn providing good food, beer and a warm welcome for all the family is only a short walk. Locally produced vegetables can be purchased nearby with many shops and restaurants just a short drive away.

The holiday cottage accommodates four adults and two children. It is well maintained, dry and cleaned thoroughly between occupancies.
All bed linen is provided, with gas and electricity included.

We request guests refrain from smoking.

Pets are welcome providing they are not allowed on the furniture or left in the property unattended.

Whether you enjoy cliff walks, exploring rock pools or just lazing on golden sand.

GROUND FLOOR IS SPLIT LEVEL INCORPORATING:

Kitchen - with electric cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, deep freeze and a selection of storage cupboards.

Bathroom - with pedestal washbasin, bath with shower, close coupled WC suite finished in Avocado.

Dining Area - with large table accommodating up to 6 people, all crockery and cutlery is stored in a traditional Oak Welsh dresser.

Lower Lounge - centrally heated, spacious and cosy with a wealth of exposed beams. A large stone ingle-nook fireplace houses an electric fire. A three-piece suite, colour television with video, coffee table and occasional furniture increase the "cottage" ambience.

Twin Bedroom - accessed from the lower lounge. Incorporating central heating, two built-in wardrobes and a dressing table.

FIRST FLOOR ACCOMMODATION

Double Bedroom - with built-in wardrobe bedside cabinets and independent electric heating.

Single/Bunk room - bunk beds, a cot and safety gate are available at no extra cost.

Upper Lounge with Balcony - recently refurbished incorporating a traditional three piece suite, a colour TV and Hi Fi. A double glazed patio type door gives access to a balcony providing a panorama of the surrounding countryside and the Snowdonia mountain range.
